Set in a small town known for its famous creampie delicacies, the story follows Gema (Angel Castro), who moves in with her boyfriend Melvyn (Mark Dionisio) after he is assigned to work in the area. Left alone most nights, Gema becomes an unwilling witness to the secret affairs of Julio (Vince Rillon), the charismatic owner of the local pasalubong center, and the women who work for him. As loneliness and temptation blur the lines between right and wrong, Gema finds herself drawn into a web of illicit relationships that promises escape but ultimately leads to betrayal.
The situation takes a darker turn when Melvyn discovers Gema’s secret and uses it to manipulate those around him. As shocking truths unravel, Gema realizes that she and the other women have been caught in a cruel game orchestrated by the men they trusted. With the help of Mona (Christy Imperial), another victim of the scheme, Gema decides to reclaim her power in a chilling act of vengeance that changes all of their lives forever.
