A shocking and painful revelation recently came to light for actress Ana Roces after she discovered the truth about a ring she purchased for ₱3 million.
She believed she had invested in a high-value natural diamond. Instead, the ring turned out to be made of zirconia set in 14-karat gold—far from the premium quality she had expected.
Ana initially planned to sell the ring to Maddox Jewelry, while also considering purchasing another piece. However, instead of good news, she was met with a heartbreaking reality.
At a price of ₱3 million, anyone would reasonably expect an authentic, high-quality natural diamond. But the stone was revealed to be zirconia—a dramatic difference in value, with an estimated worth of only around ₱41,800.
