For Sparkle artist Will Ashley, ‘Bar Boys: After School‘ is more than just a movie but a chance to reconnect with his passion for acting right after his successful stint inside the Pinoy Big Brother house.
Fresh from the first-ever Celebrity Collab Edition (between Kapamilya and Kapuso stars), Will plays Arvin, one of the new faces in the sequel to the 2017 hit Bar Boys. The project represents his return to acting after a long break, and he admits it came with its own set of challenges.

Kasi ang tagal kong nawala sa pag-arte,” he said during a December 3 press conference in Quezon City.
With guidance from director Kip Oebanda and support from the Bar Boys cast, Will was able to navigate the challenges and regain his confidence on set.
“Tinulungan ako ni Direk Kip, and of course kasama ng cast ng Bar Boys. Kasi sobrang gulo talaga ng utak ko that time.
Bar Boys: After School, produced by 901 Studios, brings back the original Bar Boys cast—Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda, Carlo Aquino, and Kean Cipriano—while introducing a new generation of stars, including Will Ashley, Sassa Gurl, Emilio Daez, Glaiza de Castro, Klarisse de Guzman, and Therese Malvar. The story picks up a decade after the original, as the barkada faces life’s ultimate test: balancing ambition, integrity, and the challenges of adulthood.
An official entry to this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), the film will open nationwide on December 25.
