The 85-year-old Kamuning Bakery Café in Quezon City hosted a unique “Pandesal Forum” on Saturday, November 16, 2024. The forum focused on innovative approaches to cancer prevention and cutting-edge medical therapies, featuring expert discussions on early detection, stem cell therapy, and hydrogen therapy. It also explored how these treatments contribute to health maintenance and anti-aging.
“Keep yourself happy every day. Smile every day.”
Dr. Mu Feng, a prominent oncologist and professor at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine’s Jinshazhou Hospital, headlined the event. With extensive expertise in minimally invasive oncology, Dr. Mu shared insights on the latest advancements in cancer prevention, early detection technologies, and innovative treatments. He also discussed how stem cell and hydrogen therapies are revolutionizing health and wellness.
During the question-and-answer session, Dr. Feng shared practical tips for cancer prevention. He emphasized the importance of quitting smoking, engaging in regular exercise, and incorporating more fruits and vegetables into one’s diet. Dr. Feng also highlighted the risks associated with consuming grilled foods like barbecue, fried foods, and spoiled food, cautioning against their potential to increase cancer risk.

Smile every day,” he encouraged, as part of promoting overall well-being.
