This special segment highlighted the exceptional work of both established and emerging talents. Designers showcased collections that blended traditional Filipino elements with modern fashion trends, emphasizing sustainability and innovation. The event not only honored the cultural roots of Filipino fashion but also positioned it prominently on the global stage.

Sustainability: Many collections emphasized eco-friendly materials and ethical fashion practices, aligning with global trends towards sustainability.

Innovation: Designers pushed the boundaries of traditional fashion, incorporating technology and unconventional materials into their creations.

Faces to Watch: 

The exciting ‘Faces to Watch’ segment, highlighting the next generation of modeling talent. This year’s winners are Trumaine Tia and Jonnie Wale.

Trumaine Tia wowed the judges with her striking presence and runway skills, setting her apart as a promising star in the fashion industry. Jonnie Wale, An English half Filipino, and looking to pursue his career in modelling.

Style Studio Fashion Designer School Philippines:

Style Studio Fashion Design School Philippines featured at MIFW the innovative creations of their talented students. This collaboration highlights the school’s commitment to nurturing emerging designers and providing them with a platform to showcase their work on an international stage.

Grace Paguila, the Director of Style Studio Fashion & Design School, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing the opportunity it offers for young designers to gain exposure and recognition. 

Smith Kevin Millondaga declared the grand winner for the designers collection challenge.

Future Prospects:
