The Young Creatives Challenge (YC2) held its Grand Finals and Awarding Ceremony on March 21, 2024 in BGC, Taguig City recognizing exceptional talents and achievements of the brightest young minds.
YC2 has brought together skilled creatives from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, making it a major event in the Philippines. It has showcased the best in songwriting, screenwriting, animation, graphic novels, game developing, and online content creation, highlighting the country’s growing creative industry.




During the ceremony, Senator Imee Marcos extended her congratulations to all the participants, acknowledging their achievement in reaching this milestone in their artistic journey.
She said, addressing the participants, “In the face of many challenges and obstacles, you have indeed persisted, honed your skill, and unleashed your creativity in the most remarkable ways.

“Bilang isang senador, dinala ko ang aking hilig na suportahan ang creative industry sa pamamagitan ng pagiging bahagi at unang nagsulat ng Republic Act 11904 or yung Philippine Creative Industries Act: the first legislation that finally recognizes the contribution of the creative industries in its various sectors and modes to our GDP and the entire national economy.
“Hindi lamang nagtatapos sa pagsulat ng batas at pagsuporta sa industriya, bilang bahagi ng aking adbkasiya sa kabataan, gusto natin ngayon madiskubre ang natatagong talento ng kabataang Pilipino sa creative arts,” she added.
