Time travel is a key element in opening up bigger worlds not only for this franchise but also for the cinematic universe as a whole. In ‘The Flash,’ Barry Allen (played by Ezra Miller) uses his superpowers to travel back in time to change the events of the past.
But as how we would expect things to transpire, this kind of attempt to save your loved ones will in effect cause changes in the future.

In a different timeline, The Flash gets trapped in a reality where General Zod is back to annihilate anyone who goes against him. The complex adventure of our beloved Speedster unfolds with the aid of new allies in the said timeline.
Ezra Miller owns the titular character to the T with his charismatic dual portrayal and his two (but make it four) magnetic personalities on the big screen.
With a runtime of two and a half hours, there is never a dull moment especially with the presence of Sasha Calle as Supergirl and Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne / Batman. Michael Shannon as General Zod is a daunting nemesis to beat with all these superheroes’ might.

With its fascinating graphics and action-packed scenes that are meticulously laid out for fans and non-fans — with cameos here and there that would make the audiences go wild in awe and surprise — ‘The Flash’ is not an ordinary superhero film as far as the DC extended universe is concerned. The vision of the production is so apparent in terms of moving their slate to the right path.
It’s so interesting to see what’s next for the next few adaptations of DC Comics titles, storylines, and characters — all mixed together to form different takes for the purpose of entertainment and getting along with the trends.

Get along with the excitement, nostalgia, and humor of The Flash when it opens wide in Philippine cinemas this June 14. There will also be early screenings on the evening of June 13.
‘The Flash’ is presented by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is a Double Dream/Disco Factory production and directed by Andy Muschietti, distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures.
